FWIW, we have a "first step" list of genomics elements that made USCDIv3, courtesy of CodeX.
Of course, it's not a complete set, but it allowed us to even have a USCDI class to build upon.

I am seeing:
GHIR Genomic Reporting Implementation Guide
http://hl7.org/fhir/uv/genomics-reporting/
FHIR Genomics Implementation Guide
https://www.hl7.org/fhir/genomics.html
under additional specifications. @Jamie Jones what's the official way to direct people to the correct WG product
Jamie Jones (Jan 19 2022 at 16:29):
Idk what GHIR is but speaking long-term, those links are correct. Once we publish the latest IG and FHIR versions, the most updated guidance will be displayed there
Bret H (Jan 19 2022 at 16:31):
good. otherwise will be back into the mess where folks use really out of date guidance.
May Terry (Jan 19 2022 at 16:46):
There is a comment period so you can always submit them through there. It'll be relayed back to the submitter (Steve Bratt and Su Chen) to revise. I'm in the loop on this as well since I advised them on what to include in the minimal first pass.
