Wanted some feedback on the guidance I implemented for FHIR-16400 (flexible fields). I introduced the following sections, can someone review and give me some feedback?

Guidance itself looks very good to me. Might suggest slight tweaks to the STU note.

how about something simpler for the STU note like, "The work group is actively requesting feedback from the community on additional codes, values, and extensions that stakeholders have found helpful when implementing the structures and use cases defined in this guide."
