I just noticed that this page is not rendering correctly in the current build: http://build.fhir.org/ig/HL7/genomics-reporting/DiagnosticReport-sequence-phase-relation-CYP2C19.html

Are you talking about the messages that say:

This Observation could not be resolved

If so that is an error in the example I believe? Did you compare it to the STU1 version by any chance?

view this post on Zulip Arthur Hermann (Mar 14 2021 at 23:02):

Yes.. that is what I meant. STU 1 still shows a resource cannot be resolved but does provide some additional information: http://hl7.org/fhir/uv/genomics-reporting/sequence-phase-relation-CYP2C19.html

@Kevin Power it does appear to be an error in the example.... but with that said - shouldn't we fix the example so that all resources can be resolved and the "observation can be resolved"?

Yes, we should look to fix any example with an error like that. I haven't looked at that example to know how to fix it honestly. Not sure if anyone else has or not?

@Kevin Power - we never followed up on this. I need to learn how to create a tracker in Jira (don't know how right now). Would you be willing to do so?

view this post on Zulip Joel Schneider (Mar 22 2021 at 21:47):

To create a tracker you can click the Propose a change link, located in the footer section of each page. Requires a JIRA login, but getting one of those is a one-time process.

Hmm, the CG IG's link sent me to GForge instead of JIRA.

@Kevin Power I learned how to create a tracker in Jira (this may be a good thing or a bad thing :grinning: so I created one, noting this issue.
