Hi @Gaston Fiore , I can not find DiagnosticOrder in the resource list here: http://hl7-fhir.github.io/resourcelist.html. Did you replace it with the DiagnosticRequest or there are some problems in the build process.

diagnosticorder has been renamed to diagnosticrequest and aligned with the request pattern for STU3. I am currently updating the examples. but unable to commit due to an error in the build

Hi @Bowen Gong , the CGWG does not manage DiagnosticRequest so make sure that you never touch its source. Thank you @Eric Haas for the very prompt reply! In other words, I could have never changed anything because we do not have the authority to do so.

Of the two example in the build prior to the update of DiagnosticRequest example 2 is no longer valid since .code element is now required.

Sounds good. I thought you had started to try changes to the source already to make sure that it was clear how to do this for the ballot period for example.
