J#25300 - change has been pre-applied, but it seems to need a vote... Isn't there a Jira way to fix typos without recording a vote?

Ah! I thought technical corrections only applied to already published versions...

TechnicalCorrection would be the only type of item that could be applied to an already published version, but they can also be made to the 'current' release. Name changed from 'typo' to 'technical correction' in the move to Jira because it covers more than just typos (broken links, grammar, formatting problems, etc.) Key is that the change would be considered non-substantive and that there would be no reasonable debate as to whether a fix was needed or what it should be.
