Appointment is basedOn ServiceRequest, and Task may have as its main input the same ServiceRequest. Is there anything in the resources right now which directly links Task and Appointment, other than via ServiceRequest? Do we wish to include such a direct reference ?

Most requests should be able to be 'basedOn' Task.
