Good morning
I'm trying to make a Diagnostic Report resource witch I can update later, but according to Simplifier in the Norway Profiles the Diagnostic Report Identifier is not activated. This makes the search needed for an update harder. Is it mandatory that the Diagnostic Report has no Identifier??

As a workaround you could search for all DiagnosticReports of a specific patient:
DiagnosticReport?patient=12345678
But yes you are right, the identifier for DiagnosticReports was set to 0..0 in the student track :-(

Wow a lot of problems for the 0..0 constraints huh, and I thought this would make things easier , lesson learned here!

0..0 is generally not the best solution.

First things first: Hi everyone :). Is there a deeper reason behind the multiplicity of 0..* for the practitioner identifier?

(While not on the topic of diagnostic report identifiers) The Practitioner can and often does have mulitple identifiers. In the US likely to have one as from NPPES (national identifier) and then can have others from different bodies that the practitioner is registered with, such as a college of surgeons, identifier used in within an association (e.g. Kaiser Permanente)
