How did we approve this IG as UV not US? Has it had any meaningful engagement outside USA? HOw can it talk about federal agencies and CUI if it's not a US Guide?

It was only to include global requirements, there is a companion IG that was intended to be where the CUI and other US regulations were to be further refined. I was not able to monitor the development as it happened overnight at the last minute
