Sponsoring WG voted to approve change back to Universal Realm. FMG and others had approved PSS as US Realm. TSC gave us until the end of May for them to approve the PSS. Not clear if FMG and others (co-sponsor WGs OO and PE, CSD) need to vote again as UV. At a minimum wanted to inform FMG/others about status.

I don't think FMG needs to review that unless you've already balloted or published the IG. (And in that case, it's more for a 'heads up' because work will be required in infrastructure rather than because we have any authority to approve or reject the change. If TSC is comfortable you meet the requirements for universal, FMG won't second guess that.

First IG ballot is targeted at Sept 2021. FMG approved PSS (as US Realm) on 7 April. Co-sponsors (OO, PE) just approved the change to UV during Q2. I think you are saying that FMG does not need to re-vote. I would be happy to provide a brief update to FMG on Thurs Q4 if you think that is called for.

If we have time, we'd be happy to hear an update, but you're correct - no need for FMG approval for this change.
