"The HL7 Executives (Chuck, Dan, Viet and Diego) would like to schedule a Root-led focus group with the three product management groups.
As may know, Root is the organization that was hired as part of HL7’s re-envisioning change management activities.
Ideally, the three product groups could meet together for the focus group, which will require 90 minutes
Could you, as co-chairs, mention this to your respective management groups, and suggest a few days/times when we might schedule this event."
Given the challenges with finding something conducive to the Pacific, Europe and NA, and the fact that our FMG is larger than the other two, I raised the possibility of using our call slot for Wed Apr. 20tth (Thur 21st). Does anyone have any concerns with doing this?
