While applying QA changes to Explanation of benefit I discovered a note I'd left to uncomment the .procedure.type element in the spreadsheet. The note is (in red in the spreadsheet) in the resource Short Name - that should be removed at the same time. The change is needed to match the addition of the .type element in Claim.procedure.
