Well, the key question is what the impact is on IGs. I'm not clear from looking at the spreadsheet what the proposed change is. However, there are two device-based CGs and device may appear in a few others. I'd have them raise the change on the committer's list (in descriptive rather than spreadsheet form). If no-one hollers after 24 hours, then give them the go-ahead.
