ok, here's my todo list to bring R4 home:
generate extension packages for using elements in other versions
finalise R3/R4 conversions using generated extension definitions
get R3/R4 conversions releasing as a package
change required/code bindings to be version specific
close out FHIR-I tasks
check other committee tasks
get committees to check all their FMM levels
prod module owners to check their modules
checks:
- check for todos in pages (e.g. updates to FHIRPath tests)
- check all JUnit tests ok
- check all the normative resources are labelled correctly
- page status
- page numbering (no duplicates)
- ToC integrity
- check no orphan pages (except fmg.html)
- check all expansion errors
- check snapshots (known issues, reported issues, spot check)
- check invariants again

There is also the change to the Identifier to relax the OID/UUID requirement to enable the DICOM mechanism.... "... itself is naturally a globally unique URI..." GF#19602
