According to the ballot timeline (http://wiki.hl7.org/index.php?title=FHIR_Ballot_Prep) we were supposed to enter total freeze 24 hours ago. But committers are still asking about substantiatvei changes, and I had little time to process non-substantiative changes last week (and the one task I took on expanded to take up all the 16 hours or so that I did have).

so this means that we are behind. And imposing a full content freeze on real changes in order to get QA done is a bad value proposiition. so I'd like to keep the content open for changes for at least a few more days...

I will propose entering freeze during the FMG call. But I also want to do this, during the freeze:

  • replace the 'linked data' module with an 'exchange' module, that documents 4 paradigms (restful API, messaging, documents, data store), and move the existing linked data content into the module.

Apologies -- I have a last minute trip (snow yesterday in Boston) and I'm getting on an airplane right now
