FMG will need to resolve exactly what is allowed to be deferred into the QA freeze, but I recommend that the following things are allowed to be changed once QA freeze starts:
- grammar, typos, spelling
- R2/R3 conversion scripts
- FMM levels
- module pages + home page
- Generated RDF definitions
Any other change will require approval by me in advance. Any substantiative change will require approval by FMG too.

grammar, typos, spelling only if they're not resource names or elements

Do we care about changes to codes or URLs for code systems/value sets?

view this post on Zulip Grahame Grieve (Feb 24 2017 at 20:21):

that would be substantiative change, no?

what is the process to process these QA results? Is a CR needed for each resource/page? Is a vote needed for any of it? Or is it something the editor and co-chairs just make happen?

No CRs or votes needed for QA changes provided they fall within the realm of "typo" - which includes spelling, grammar, rewording for clarity, etc.
