GF#12934: move days of cycle extension to core
This request is for a days of cycle extension used in modeling chemotherapy regimens to be added to the core extensions. There are at least two implementation guides (NCCN and International Chemotherapy IG) that would make use of the extension if it were present.

But when I sat down to address this, I found that it's not appropriate. I've chatted with Bryn, and he's taking it back to the commmittee. Proposal is to define the extension for the element that contains the TIming, not for the Timing itself. This is based on previous MnM discussions about synchronising Timing in Definition / Request type resources
