We said that the R4 normative ballots this cycle would be closed to balloters from the previous round, and only on the changes made from the last normative. But I see that sign-up for the normative ballot pools is open to anyone. Is FMG ok for me to raise this with HQ/TSC urgently?

And it's not "we" that said it - it's standard HL7 process that the ballot pool for normative is closed after it's initially established.
