Project Scope Statements (PSS) - At least Imaging has found that they need to create a new PSS for their FHIR work. I recall there was a boilerplate 'template' PSS. @Lloyd McKenzie ?

It's 3-4 years old so won't be using the current template and is probably out of date in other ways. Don't they have an old PSS they can update?
