We initially agreed on the idea that hl7 staff would triage, and any requests that were not obviously okay will be brought up here for discussion. This means the request would go through a role-based account, so it wouldn't be blocked when individuals are away on vacation etc. Grahame, if you would prefer to update the document to say just contact Grahame with all requests, I'm certainly fine with that. We just didn't want overload you.
