Ah, yes. That one isn't in Github. We're using BitBucket because Joshua convinced me that was a better place for the Jira stuff, though to be totally honest, I'm not sure that really holds. It might have been because it contains a lot of code that perhaps shouldn't be public. @Joshua Procious, can you give Josh read-access?

@Josh Mandel you have read access now to the repo here: https://bitbucket.hl7.org/projects/JIR/repos/jira-maintenance/browse "inballot()" is in there. Let me know if you have any questions sir. @Lloyd McKenzie if you feel github is better the switch can definitely be made.
