I've reviewed the IGs for publication. There's plenty of errors but there's a mix of minor tooling issues, editorial issues, and vocabulary issues.
None of them are enough to justify not publishing the IGs for ballot

Anyone got the link to the IG build status summary page?
The one that takes http://build.fhir.org/ig/builds.json and shows a table of all the guides, there status, and a button to force a rebuild.
