Subscriptions uses R5 exclusively. FHIRCast, Security Labeling, and Terminology Services will support R5 testing but also allow R4 (and for all but Security Labeling, earlier versions). Everything else is either R4 only or R4 + earlier releases.
Also - wow that's a lot of tracks...
