HQ is looking for feedback on the dates for virtual May 2022 WGM, Connectathon, and DevDays. Note from HQ:
"Before adding dates to our calendar, we wish to run alternative dates by you in hopes of getting your buy-in. While there are three options listed below, HL7 staff recommends option A as it provides the greatest cushion between the FHIR Connectathon, WGM and DevDays.
Scenario A:
FHIR Connectathon: Monday May 2 – Thursday May 5, 2022
May WGM: Monday May 16 – Friday May 20
FHIR DevDays: Monday June 6 – Thursday June 9
Scenario B:
FHIR Connectathon: Monday May 9 – Thursday May 12
May WGM: Monday May 23 – Friday May 27
FHIR DevDays: Monday June 6 – Thursday June 9
Scenario C (no week-long break between WGM and connectathon events)
FHIR Connectathon: Monday May 16 – Thursday May 19
May WGM: Monday May 23 – Friday May 27
FHIR DevDays: Monday June 6 – Thursday June 9

Reposting - if no opinions, I will tell Mark that option A seems uncontested by FMG. He also just confirmed that the time zone for the WGM will be Eastern time.

Hello FMG: As you’ve heard, theJan F2F meeting in Henderson NV has been moved to Jan 2023. The Connectathon had been scheduled for Jan. 13-15 (stretching into the weekend before) to abut the F2F. But as virtual, should we move it up earlier in the week, beginning Jan 10 or 11, instead?
