I have posted a wiki page for connectathon 12, it seems to be linking correctly to other relevant wiki pages at HL7, I have also cloned a tracking spreadsheet - for registration , server info, etc. , the track categories need to be updated by those more knowledgeable about those categories

we decided to merge CDS-Hooks track and CDS enablement connectathon tracks didn't we?
