We will need to update the page with whatever the version of the FHIR specification the Connectathon is using. Has that been decided or is that decision yet to occur?

it will still be 3.0.1 as the official base, though some streams might use some other version

we haven't considered publishing a frozen version of R4 candidate for this connectathon yet. No one has asked, and I haven't seen any implication in the streams yet
