https://jira.hl7.org/browse/FHIR-14722 is currently assigned to CQI WG, which is an issue requesting some more content for the Catalog profile (from STU3).
The R5 build http://build.fhir.org/catalog.html has a cqm-ValidityPeriod (not in the STU3/draft R4 profile), but it does not appear to have added the items requested in the Jira issue: Add background, scope and usage, and examples.
The profile for Catalog is owned by SDWG.
The ValidityPeriod extension http://build.fhir.org/extension-cqm-validityperiod.html ownership is confusing.
The yellow header says SDWG, but there is a line in the body that says "Status: draft. Extension maintained by: Health Level Seven, Inc. - Clinical Quality Information WG", but that is not really relevant to FHIR-14722.
CQI WG is seeking advice from FMG for disposition of FHIR-14722.
