Somehow, a whole category of broken links has slipped through the tooling system. there's just over 1000 broken links. For an example, see http://hl7.org/fhir/us/meds/STU1/Bundle-get-active-meds.json.html. All links starting with http://hl7.org/fhir/STU3/us/core/ should start with http://hl7.org/fhir/us/core/STU3/
That's both generated html links and canonical URLS
