Stream: cda to fhir

Hello cda to fhir folks. Hoping to get some guidance...
When converting a c-cda to fhir, what resource/profile should be used to capture entries in the Interventions section? I have looked at the IG here (https://build.fhir.org/ig/HL7/ccda-on-fhir-r4/StructureDefinition-Continuity-of-Care-Document.html), but see no mention of Interventions.

Interventions are in Care Plan. So maybe CarePlan.activity? I haven't really looked carefully at the CarePlan stuff in FHIR.

They are here in C-CDA on FHIR: https://build.fhir.org/ig/HL7/ccda-on-fhir-r4/StructureDefinition-Care-Plan-Document.html

C-CDA on FHIR doesn't use the FHIR CarePlan resource.
