If I had a DocumentReference, how would I fill out the content.attachment? Do I point at the Bundle that contains the Composition? Or do I point at the Composition itself? I suspect I point at the Composition itself; where the Bundle is just a grouping...But doesn't that bring up persistence questions around 'what exactly makes up the document'?
