https://www.hl7.org/fhir/datatypes.html#HumanName. use does not have SRCH (Search). Only usual | official | temp | nickname | anonymous | old | maiden. What to do with a transform where a Name Use is identified with SRCH in C-CDA document instances?

It would be an extension - probably on the name itself rather than as a separate name
