Hi All,
We have been working creating the FHIR server for doing the PIX and XCPD Query to the MPI. We got that done. We also have the feature of pulling CCD from different sources implemented using the XCA Query and XCA Retrive in hl7 V3 (RIM) . We are planning to get the incoming CCD and convert that into the FHIR bundle of type document.
I know this group have been working on similar objective. Please advise and help me by providing the guidance and any material available.
Also, I am available to help anything team need here.

I think the mention of #IHE profiles here is distracting -- the underlying question is how to convert CCD into a FHIR document. Is that correct? (If this is more about the IHE profiles, it may be better to ask on the IHE stream.)

It's possible to re-label a topic within a stream, though doing so will break any external links. It's not possible to move topics between streams.
