We have initiated a CDA on FHIR project in England with a strong design principle of tracking the work that has been done on C-CDA where it makes sense for us to do so, It's bad timing on our part that as we choose to do this the C-CDA IG disappears :-)

The IG referenced by Grahame previously is very broken to the point it cant be used. We have been trying to use http://www.hl7.org/implement/standards/fhir/2016May/ccda/ccda.html instead but that is also incomplete.

Yes, we are updating it now that the IG publisher is working for us.
