I'm trying to parse C-CDA documents, specifically the lab results section, and I want to confirm the possible values that might be used for interpretationCode
I know about the value set http://hl7.org/fhir/uslab/valueset-uslab-obs-interpretation.html - can I assume that these are the only values that would be used?
I was under the impression that the C-CDA implementation guide mandated the coding system but I can't actually find anything like that in the spec

I would think yes since this is the same value set that you would get in processing HL7v2 lab results in an ORU message.
