Looking at the C-CDA (FHIR) profiles published to date it appears that the intent is to have a "Header" IG and then a separate "IG" for the content part of the document. In doing so there are two COMPOSITION profiles one for each IG.
How will an instance be validated as both of these COMPOSITION profiles seem to be incompatible with each other. For example the Header COMPOSITION declares a suite of extensions so as to align with the CDA model, yet the document IG does not.
I appreciate that the C-CDA on FHIR project is a work in progress. Just wondered what the direction of travel is?
