Maybe answered before, but is there a way for specifying a canonical uri for SNOMED US Edition? Or is the only way to specify its version as noted in the <version /> field of a CodeableConcept (e.g.: as shown in the example http://hl7.org/fhir/valueset-texture-code.xml.html)? I reviewed this page on SNOMED usage and it wasn't very clear if it was possible: http://build.fhir.org/snomedct-usage.html

The canonical URL for SNOMED applies to all national partitions. Differenting editions is handled by version
