As I understand things, the medicaid system for each state has their own "medicaid id" that are assigned to patients. We are planning to store it in the Patient.idenfiers element in FHIR. I'm trying to find guidance on the correct system uri's or oid's we should be using for each state medicaid system.
Looking for something like this, but for patient medicaid id's by state. Unfortunately this one is for provider id's.
