Is the Index of United States Implementation Guides generated the IG publisher, or was that manually set up? I'd like to do something similar to list all of the Implementation Guides for my organization.

ah, he was refering to the process HL7 goes thru to take an approved IG to publication on the hl7.org site. So it is not a mode of the publisher, it is a method of using the publisher.
