We are exposing DM+D over FHIR and I havent had much luck in getting info about the code system to use. DM+D codes are all SNOMED CT identifiers, so I would think that the code system would be http://snomed.info/sct - however the NHS helpdesk wasn't able to confirm that. What are others using?

@Farzanah Nahid can you confirm what we are doing for the CareConnect medication profiles. I assume it is the general SNOMED system we use...

if they are all SCT identifiers, then the code sytem is http://snomed.info/sct. You should be able to find the module id for DM+D in the distribution (I haven't looked), and that is what you use in the version, if you need to

@Grahame Grieve It's not qute that simple wrt the version. The only valid moduleIds for a version are those that occur as "roots" in the ModuleDependency reference set.
Last I looked at the UK data (several years ago), this was a little confused and there were several Editions defined (standalone DM+D and SCT-UK incl DM+D)

Yes, for all the Care Connect profiles we are using the general SNOMED system: http://snomed.info/sct
