Just wondering if curating MessageHeader is a little premature.
I'm involved in several projects using these concepts and it appears the consensus is to move away from traditional messaging towards FHIR Workflow.
In addition as a supplier I don't want to move to HL7 FHIR Messaging if I have an established HL7 v2 interface. I may be inclined to move away from local codes and use SNOMED (matching UKCore) but not change the payload structure.

We use FHIR messaging along with various other messaging formats. I'm not sure what focussing on FHIR messaging achieves other than as a means to use FHIR more generally.
A standard profile may be useful but FHIR as the only messaging method - I doubt it.

I’m not seeing a standard either. Same for operations. Most pushes towards fhir in these areas seem to be just doing the same old thing but as json. With pure rest, it’s a different matter.
