HL7 UK announce opening the ballot for: HL7 FHIR® UK Core R4 (version 0.1.0), First STU Ballot

The ballot runs from 22nd November 2021 to 22nd December.

While voting is restricted to HL7 UK members we welcome comments from non-members

What is the scope of this ballot?

Are we saying UKCore is the data model we should follow or does this extend to UKCore being used as a basis for technical implementation.

It's the last part for me which is important, if it's a guide or model then yes this is ok but if it's a technical core then my voting may be different.

@Kevin Mayfield the scope of the ballot is the content of the implementation guide https://simplifier.net/guide/hl7fhirukcorer4release1/home, if you're not clear what the scope of the implementation guide is from looking at it then please do feedback comments using the HL7 UK Ballot Comment Submission Sheet (UK Core 0.1.0).xlsx as per instructions here
