Do trusts have a way of requesting them. As part of some work we are doing around referrals we have need to refer to http://www.datadictionary.nhs.uk/data_dictionary/attributes/p/pati/patient_pathway_identifier_de.asp?shownav=1 It should come as part of the eRS API project but at present identifier isn't in the NHS Digital ReferralRequest profile (it is in ours).
