We are about to kick off our project to create FHIR profiles to support the generic NHS CDA profiles. Apart from the ITK CDA profiles and the ones developed by HSCIC - is anyone else creating local CDA profiles in England (or the UK)?

We (Leeds Teaching Trust) are working on a requirement for regional trust to trust transfer of care (oncology). I'd expect us to follow FHIR route (as per your presentation at HL7 UK)
