to get an idea of how FHIR ADT notifications could work.
This also overlaps with the high use of HL7v2 ADT_A03 in use with NHS trusts in the UK.
My thoughts: due to high use of A03, this is a constraint and we probably can't convert an A03 into this the fhir example above.
A light weight bundle consisting of Encounter and Patient is probably more practical and would be easier to convert between FHIR Restful, FHIR Message and HL7 v2.
