Stream: v2 to FHIR

hi everyone,
we are working on hl7 v2.5 messages to fhir converstion as part of that trying to map hl7 v2 massage segments,fields to fhir resources,fields.
for sample mapping.
- i picked ADT_A20 message and trying to map it to fhir. It contains 4 segments
MSH-MessageHeader .
EVN-MessageHeader.event
SFT-
NPU-
for SFT,NPU segments i didn't fined the related resources in fhir. fhir doc has only few mappings.
any suggesions ?where to fined remaining mapings. missing 1 or 2 segments/fields/datatypes is ok but i found only 10-20% mapping. so please help.

hello all,
in fhir doc under every resource(ex:http://build.fhir.org/patient-mappings.html#v2) we have the fhir to other mappings like v2,v3 etc. please let me know what is the version of v2 and v3 here.
