Hello, can someone elabrate what is the relationship between VMR and FHIR? can we understand that FHIR already containes a built-in patient record model?

This is probably off topic for this stream (which focuses on HL7 version 2 to FHIR mappings); in general FHIR is an interoperability standard and as such doesn't define a persistence nor an application data model. Some choose to use it as such, but it was never intended to be anything else than an API based interoperability format.

VMR could mean all sorts of thing. did you mean VMR that became Quick?
