I'm looking for examples of how v2 to FHIR is being used currently. Do people have real-world FHIR functionality based off of v2.x that is being consumed by other systems? If so, what sort of systems and how is the information being used?

We plan on using it trigger events in our cloud digital platform. Also update our FHIR store if needed.

In one of the usecases. We have a cloud App. It accepts fhir bundles corresponding to lab and orders. From on premise systems ORU and ORM messages are transformed into fhir bundles and pushed to the application.

A single v2 message may trigger different actions on a set of resources. E.g., an A01 may create a person, patient, observations etc.
A converter may do that by 1:1 or as batches/bundles.
