There are quite a few QBP V2 messages; you can find them on Caristix's website: https://hl7-definition.caristix.com/v2/HL7v2.8
Of course these would also be described in the HL7v2 documents, for V2 2.8.2, Chapter 5: http://www.hl7.org/documentcenter/private/standards/V282/HL7%20Messaging%20Version%202.8.2.zip. (requires logging into HL7.org website)

If you want an example of a QBP at work in the real-world, the AIRA/CDC immunization implementation guide outlines using QBP for immunization forecasts. There is an HL7 published v2.8.2 version of the IG, but that's never been adopted.
