There is already a start of ORU mapping (https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1gHK6_PFyr7PXns7wLDs0LSLsbjm0x-4bWUu3crXMKMI/edit#gid=0) so if you see any specific places where that mapping is missing something or different, would be great to work of that list.

@Hans Buitendijk et al - are there any FHIR examples that demonstrate the ORU^R01 message mappings (https://confluence.hl7.org/display/OO/V2-FHIR+Mapping+-+Messages%3A+ORU%5ER01%5EORU_R01) from this team?
Specifically, one that does what I'm looking to do...take a RAW HL7v2 ORU^R01 message (e.g.: like the HBA1c raw message that I included in my spreadsheet) and show the equivalent FHIR instances (DiagnosticReport, Observation, etc.) that would reflect that?
