We haven't tackled the ORR message yet. Given that this message type is part of a larger exchange (as the application level ACK to an ORM), it may have some unique aspects to it. How would you see this working given that the system receiving the ORR likely originated an ORM and therefore already has awareness of the order and patient?

Much of ORR is the same as for an ORM - with MSA/ERR mapped to OperationOutcome. But the devil is in the detail..
