I'm trying to map HL7 ODT message to FHIR resources. Does anyone have experience mapping ODT to NutritionOrder? ODT includes DietTray information. Does anyone have knowledge of how Diet Tray information gets used in patient care? @Hans Buitendijk Any guidance you can provide is appreciated.
